Transforming a storefront into a gallery/pop-up boutique to showcase a curated collection of work from over the years was undoubtedly a pivotal moment and breakthrough for La Maison Chery™.
The week-long showcase established an authentic and tangible connection with the audience in the physical realm. Now, the exhibition has been transformed to provide users with an immersive online experience.

As Creative Director, I served as the central point of contact for this exhibition, managing a wide range of responsibilities. Event planning included securing the venue, coordinating schedules with vendors, and managing the exhibition’s budget.
My design work extended to both indoor and outdoor signage, which I conceptualized, designed, and oversaw the production of, ensuring clear wayfinding and brand consistency. For the digital experience, I collaborated with developers to create an intuitive and user-friendly UX/UI for the e-commerce platform, implementing features to maximize conversion rates.
Finally, the product development phase involved market research, design iterations, and close collaboration with manufacturing to bring the final products to market successfully.
