BOSSWeb – B2b Portal Revamp

BOSSWeb is a business-to-business (B2B) communication system developed by Bombardier Recreational Products (BRP) to help support its dealer community. It provides dealers with access to a variety of information, including: Vehicle specifications, Repair information, Lists of available parts, Press releases, Marketing information and more.

UX Journey

The primary task for this project was to upgrade the overall digital experience for the dealers community and internal business members that are interacting with the platform.
This means we had to rethink about all aspects that would enhance the users in regards to their communication with the business.

Various enhancements
Initially, we revamped the login experience, landing page, support center, and related pages. A key deliverable was the creation of a comprehensive UI toolkit and scalable design system components. Leveraging Salesforce’s design system and BRP’s brand guidelines, this toolkit ensures a consistent and cohesive brand experience across all platforms.

Development
Close collaboration with stakeholders – including key accounts, third-party vendors, and internal developers – ensured that our design improvements directly addressed the needs of our dealers. This collaborative process prioritized features that would optimize dealer interactions with the business.
